Egg Hunters [C-Class Mission]

Egg... pretty penny for an egg. Without any doubt, she'll take this mission no matter what! She need to upgrade her umbrella afterall... she need much better one, one that probably can make her fly... ah, what an interesting idea! That way, she doesn't even need to walk! ...But first and foremost, where are the other? If the fliers are spread like that, without any doubt there'll be either rival or fellow request taker... and...

...Surprise surprise, there's only one. What the hell? Not to mention, she thought that it was supposed to be easy money™? Oh well, early bird got the worm, pun not intended... because they might be those worms afterall. Elrica began to think that it's probably wise to ask this person who waited before her if he (it's he, right?) in for this mission. Well, then...

"...Excuse me," she began, politely---or at least, she hoped so. She showed to the... er... teen, the fliers that distributed in Magnolia.

Elrica's blue eyes narrowed ever so slightly. Wow, rude. Her neutral expression slowly dropped into cold ice poker face. "...Elrica," she answered curtly. I had no reason to be friendly if someone is going to be snappy from the get go... What the hell, is he checking up on me?

"...Me... Terra... no... real... dragon... Me... Elly's... spirit," the golem answered, hopefully quelling the boy's excitement somewhat. "Elly... contract... me... Me... guard... Elly."

And the boy proposed them to go once again... Fine, manner is secondary. Elrica decided to be lenient... for once. "...Very well, looks like you're much less of a barbarian and instead more to a wild boy. Alright..."

She might not looks like it, but even she looks like this, she's also used to hike the mountains! Her village is underground and sometimes they need to gone up the hill to let their livestocks graze. Elrica was... to say, not alone in this. It was harsh, but she's eventually used to it. Earth is like her primary trade. Plus, Terra can make earth spikes appear if they really going to climb the mountain and got some difficulty.

It's lackluster, but she really want to finish this as quickly as possible, away from someone who cannot understand why the heck is she's this angry.

However, her attachment to her spirits are like a mother to a child. They're not merely contracted. They're also those that she made. She watched as the boy seem to dash to the top, but...

Disinterestedly, she simply used the stone stairs to climb up without caring about the competition at all. It's not she got the energy anyway. She stepped on one of the bigger platform and tapped the pointy end of her umbrella. Like an escalator, it moved toward the top, moderate fast but surely.

"...What am I getting worked out for? It's stupid. I should've just stayed silent all along," she muttered.

Elrica was completely silent. She really don't want to deal with this person nor feed his over the top pride with more gasoline. Not even a praise was needed. Why? Simple. If they're to fight then some jewels bet that he's probably the first to get tired. Also, is she being a lame person for not opening up? Nope, no way, nooo. She wouldn't want to do this loosen up thing that he said. It's waste of time, and honestly, she was already -5 in her book. Utterly unsalvageable. Talking with monkey is probably much more productive somehow. Wait, no, dogs. I hate monkey. He's like someone back home. Someone that I want to kick on the nuts.

While Valence made a small tirade about how it was seem a joke mission, she tries to scout around for the place. There's no tree up here, but... what if they're located down there? Or maybe... is the tree itself located somewhere on the same level of this peak? Or maybe... The tree is located above? Whichever it is...

"Terra, lend me your shoulders."
