The Sounds of Summer [Open]

[attr="class","idfc4"]How long had it been now? An hour...maybe two. Gray eyes focused on the pudgy shop owner below. In all honesty he'd thought the wide human would have given up by now, but alas the man still screamed his face almost entirely red now having shouted for so long, a testament to his anger indeed. Every fifteen minutes or so the man would attempt to jump at the boy attempting to climb the side of the brick wall no footholds or ledges to grasp in the slightest. Vyse using his magic simply clung to the stone surface moving easily across it very much reminiscent of a a cicada stuck to a tree, he even 'buzzed' at his pursuer mimicking the bug. It was summertime after all and what was summer without a cicada's buzz?

Perhaps the white haired child had gone just a smidgen too far in his prank, but in all fairness why would you place a food cart at the edge of a steep decline. The boy may have been the trigger, but the stand owner had invited casual destruction to his doorstep. Vyse hadn't even meant to knock the cart all the way down the hill... probably.

Regardless, Vyse was slowly losing interest in the red faced man below still attempting to climb up the building he'd angled himself on. The boy would twist himself in strange positions just to edge the round man further still buzzing at him all the while. Anytime the man got closer he'd just angle himself out of his reach and watch the man slide back down to the ground. The spectacle had even attracted a small crowd of sorts much to boy's enjoyment. Vyse would dangling the line even more occasion whenever the adult seemed to tired to continue Vyse would reach lower than usual within the man's range dispelling his magic for seconds at a time giving the man just enough hope, before snatching it away once again. reapplying his magic and climbing even higher. The crowd would laugh and the boy would flash the man a quick smile and 'buzz' at the stand owner once more.

The cycle would continue for another twenty minutes or so until a new idea struck the lightning dragon. The pudgy man looked too tired to continue and so it was time to scout for a new playmate, and so the boy would climb the to top of the building still hanging off the side like a spider of sorts, before dispelling his magic in three of his limbs leaving the boy hanging there.

"SOMEONE PLEASE SAVE ME! I CAN'T HOLD ON FOR MUCH LONGER!" The boy wailed and panic infected the once hysterical crowd, some ran away others stared and watched. The boy simply sighed too himself looking up wondering how long it'd take for some soul to 'save' him, Ironically playing the damsel in distress took more energy than anything else he'd done today.
